PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory which dispenses with needless action in terms of power consumption and effective speed. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a sense amplifier/write-in circuit 24 amplifying and reading out a data signal outputted from a memory array 22, an output register section 26 holding temporarily plural data signals amplified by the sense amplifier/write-in circuit 24, and a control circuit 25 selecting and outputting plural data signals held in the output register section 26. Therefore, receiving an address before interruption processing again is not required, at least the action after finish of interruption processing can be reduced by one cycle.
