WIRELESS RECEPTION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PDMA(path division multiple access) reception system that uses an increased number of symbols for a reference signal used for weight calculation. SOLUTION: An adaptive array 11 of the PDMA reception system is provided with a preamble information section 11a to store preamble information as the reference signal. The adaptive array 11 calculates a weight by using 13 symbols as the preamble information consisting of a SS(start symbol), 3 PR (preamble) symbols, 8 UW(unique word) symbols and a 1st symbol of CI(channel identification). Since the 1st 2-bits of the CI are fixed as '00' at all times after the completion of synchronization burst processing, using them as a reference symbol can enhance the precision of the weight calculation.
