PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which is thin and in which there is no position drift of function expanding board. SOLUTION: In the connector structure of an electronic equipment, as for a connector 3, an insulation substrate 4 is installed and mounted on a mother substrate 1, and as for the function expanding board 6, because an electroconductive pattern 7 of printed-circuit board 8 is made to come into contact with a contact unit 5 in the state that a lower face of printed-circuit board 8 is contacted with an upper face of mother substrate 1, there is no traditional mounting part 24c, accordingly a mounting position of function expanding board 26 becomes lower, and the connector structure of the thin-type electronic equipment can be provided.
