PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness and a binding tape used for constituting the wire harness to facilitate assembly when the wire harness is bent and mounted in a location with bending vibration, and reduction of noise caused by relative movement of sheet metal and the wire harness when the wire harness is directly mounted to the sheet metal in a body of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The binding tape for the wire harness comprises: an adhesive surface 13 formed on one surface of the main body 12 of the tape; and a plurality of protrusions 14 formed on the surface opposite to the adhesive surface 13. In the wire harness, the binding tape is spirally wound around a plurality of wires and binds them.
