PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and safe validation method of each apparatus in a plug and play apparatus in a home network. SOLUTION: An IC chip having information peculiar to terminal equipment is prepared and mounted on a server. Disclosure key encrypting and verification are performed. The server performs multi-address calling of the disclosure key. The terminal equipment encrypts own secret key by the disclosure key, and performs multi-address coding. After that, the terminal equipment changes the secret key suitably, and performs communication. In the case of communication, unjust log on of a repeat terminal is prevented by using 'through numbers' based on that the past information is coincident and the newest information is not coincident. |
