PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively constitute a system by using an optional computer. SOLUTION: An output line 2 is connected to a managing computer 1 to which a signal is inputted from a signal generator, and a connecting terminal (TB) 3 is connected to the other end of the line 2 to be branched by the terminal (TB) 3, one side of which is connected to a printer 5 via a printer cable 4 and the other side of which is connected to an information mutually transmitting device (computer) 7 via an alarm detection line 6. An output line 8 connected with the different output port of the computer 1 is connected to the device (computer) 7, and a line converter 12 is connected to the input ports (COM) 72 and 73 of the device (computer) 7 via an output (alarm raising) line 10 and an input (receiving) line 11 to be connected with a main computer 14 via a public line 13.
