PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of conventional methods wherein a stepwise reproduction is provided and only I frames are reproduced to realize a skipped fast-feeding reproduction of rewinding reproduction, resulting in difficulty in confirming a target scene as a previous screen is sequentially overwritten. SOLUTION: At fast-feeding reproduction or a rewinding reproduction, only an I frame data is read out of a HDD 109 based on the information for I frame housing place at an accumulation control part 106. At an I frame image listing means 110, a list image comprising a plurality of continuous I frame images is sequentially generated and displayed. Thus, a target scene is easily confirmed at fast-feeding reproduction and rewinding reproduction.
