PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for inspecting picture processing which prevent the increase of a processing time per a unit, which is performed repeatedly, though a time to be taken for measuring inspection processing becomes longer than a time to be taken for picture fetching processing to be performed in parallel. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a camera 1, three picture data memories 2a, 2b and 2c and a processing part 5, which sequentially repeats picture fetching processing for fetching picture data and measuring inspection processing for performing measurement or inspection based on the fetched picture data in parallel. Though the time for measuring inspection processing is extended when picture fetching processing and measurement inspection processing are performed in parallel by using the picture data memories 2a and 2b, e.g. the next picture fetching processing is started by using the picture data memory 2c to prevent the increase of the processing tune per a unit, which is performed repeatedly in parallel. |
