SOLUTION: This system is provided with a portable terminal 1 for transmitting individual data and a receiving box 2 for receiving the individual data. The box 2 has a transmission and reception circuit 11 for receiving the individual data and a coupling circuit 15 for connecting a device ID for specifying the box 2 and the individual data received through the circuit 11, and the device ID and the individual data connected by the circuit 15 are transmitted to the outside through the circuit 11.
