PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for investigating utilization of radio wave that can easily investigate utilization of radio waves and easily eliminate a noise signal. SOLUTION: A temporal change of a received signal is received as time series data by each frequency band, the received time series data are binarized on the basis of a threshold depending on the noise level to calculate 1st binary data, the 1st binary data are averaged by each prescribed time to calculate time average data, the time average data are binarized based on a threshold depending on the standard pulse width of a radio wave that is an observation object to calculate 2nd binary data, and the utilization state of radio waves for each frequency band is investigated based on the 2nd binary data. |
