PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly fine and accurate display device with simplicity and easiness, wherein time change of a color balance is evaded at a low cost. SOLUTION: A donor film 12 laminated in this order with a color conversion layer 6 or a coloring layer 6', an electrode layer 5 and a luminous layer 4 is formed on a base film 13. These respective layers can be simply and easily formed using a common vapor deposition method and a spin coat method, for example. The luminous layer 4 of the donor film 12 is made to be contacted with the electrode layer 3 formed on a substrate 2, and laser light is irradiated on this donor film 12 from the base film 13 side while scanning. Afterwards, when the donor film 12 is peeled off, while a part irradiated by the laser light of the respective layers of the donor film 12 is transferred to the electrode layer 3, non-irradiated part by the laser light remains at the base film 13 side as it is. These transfer are performed at every donor film 12 in which a color conversion layer 6 is different.
