PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge a level of deterioration and a life in the midst of charge and discharge of a secondary cell. SOLUTION: Whether the charging and discharging state of the secondary cell is same with the previously prescribed charging and discharging state or not, is judged depending on the voltage between terminals V, the charge and discharge current I, and the temperature T of the secondary cell (S100, S102). A standard value Rr is calculated from a previously prescribed standard value map based on the charging and discharging power P, and the temperature T of the secondary cell as a parameter which is measured when the secondary cell is in the prescribed charging and discharging state (S106), and when an internal resistance R, calculated basing on the voltage between terminals V and the charge and discharge current I, exceeds the calculated standard value Rr with prescribed number of times, the standard value map is renewed to that of next deterioration level (S114), and outputs the deterioration level of renewed standard value map (S116). When the standard value map is a final map which judges the life, the life of the secondary cell is outputted (S112, S118). Thus, the level of deterioration and the life are enabled to judge even in the midst of charge and discharge. |
