<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disconnection from being frequently caused in conductive materials for leading the output of a photovoltaic device to the outside. SOLUTION: A photovoltaic device is provided with a photovoltaic module formed on an insulating substrate 10, holes 10a and 10d communicating with conductive paste terminals 50a and 50d of the module provided on the substrate 10, conductive materials 52 being electrically connected with the terminals 50a and 50d via these holes and a protective resin film 82 covering the backside of the substrate 10 and has apertures 85a and 85d larger than the form on the rearsides of the materials 52 at the positions, which oppose to the materials 52, in the film 82. Moreover, the device is provided with conductive materials 53, which are provided on the terminals 50a and 50d of the photovoltaic module formed on the substrate 10 and are made to have continuity with these terminals 50a and 50d, and a protective resin film 81 covering the surface side of the module and has apertures 81a and 81d larger than the form on the surface sides of the materials 53 at the positions, which oppose to the materials 53, in the film 81.</p> |
