<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed magnetic circuit type composite thin-film inductor, which is constituted in a closed magnetic circuit structure to prevent the leakage of magnetic fluxes, to reduce the size of element, and to improve efficiency. SOLUTION: The spiral shape thin-film inductor is formed of composite magnetically anisotropic films 2a and 2b and a copper coil 3 and constituted in a closed magnetic circuit structure, in which a soft magnetic ferrite ring 5 and a soft magnetic ferrite disk 5' are arranged and combined, so that their planar directions substantially become identical and the copper coil 3 is arranged inside the ferrite ring 5.</p> |
