PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device for accurately securing the position relation of a laser element and a photodetector and improving coupling with an optical element. SOLUTION: This laser device is provided with a heat sink 2 provided with a first surface 3 and a second surface 4 and a third surface 5 lower than the first surface 3 and formed in almost a projected shape, the laser element 8 arranged on the first surface 3, the optical element 12 provided on the second surface 4 close to the main emission surface 10 of the laser element 8 and the photodetector 13 provided on the third surface 5.
