PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem of a prior art such that a circuit is in a busy state at each time of telephoning, so that each talking time is charged and cost is increased each time. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an information acquisition part 11 which is connected with a telephone network 3 via plural circuits 4a-4n, and acquires call originator information, when a terminating call signal is detected in any one of the circuits 4a-4n; a communication contents file 21, in which communication contents information assigned to the respective circuits 4a-4n are stored; and a control processing part 12 which acquires communication contents information assigned to the circuit where a terminating call signal is detected, by using the file 21, when the information obtaining part 11 acquires the call originator information.
