This invention relates to a bolt for removing foreign materials such as paint film and chip, in which a plurality of cutting edge are formed in succession to a screw part with certain distance and space for collecting foreign material are formed between two adjacent screw parts. When the bolt is screwed in a nut in this condition, the cutting edge of the peripheral edge part of the screw part strips off a paint film by forcing the lateral surface of a screw thread of the nut, and the separated foreign materials are housed in the collecting space. Therefore, the removal of the foreign material is easily made with excellent efficiency. |
