PURPOSE: An apparatus for charging coins and a method for using thereof are provided to automatize the supplement of coins and the settlement of accounts. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for charging coins comprises plural coin supply devices(100) for discharging coins one by one; a computer(200) for supplementing coins into a pipe by controlling the coin supply device according to the input/output information of the coins stored in a coin provision device; a fixing device(300) for the coin provision device; and a set case(400) for setting the coin supply device, the computer, and the fixing device. According to the use method of the apparatus, the coins are automatically charged into the coin provision device and the selling is calculated from coin provision data of the coin provision device, so the supplement and the settlement of accounts are automatized.
