IN addition the invention relates to the use of microsensors that rely on non-fluorescent detection system consisting of a sensor using microscopic flexible mechanical structures such as micro-cantilevers or micro-membranes integrated into a microscopic chambers for detection of a wide variety of biological-based assays.
