A shock-absorbing walking stick (10) including a longitudinally elongated body (11;101) which comprises at least two separate coaxial sections: a first section (12;102) for resting on the ground and a second section (13;103) connected to the handle (14) of the stick; the sections being associated with respective facing external bases, between which at least one likewise external elastic element (15;105) is interposed which is suitable to cushion the relative movement between the at least two sections.
