A first composite layer is pressurized by a heated fluid to deform it against the inner surface of another composite layer and create an integral product. An Independent claim is made for a process for forming a green tire in which a heating and pressurizing fluid is fed into a hollow forming aid such as bag or may be supplied directly into the hollow interior of the one of the composite layers.
