CONSTITUTION: About 40 to 70 parts by weight of protease and lactic acid are added to 100 parts by weight of protein, 13 to 20 parts by weight of calcium is mixed with the obtained protein hydrolysate and optionally minerals selected from the group consisting of Fe, Zn, Cu and a mixture thereof and arrowroot starch are then added thereto.
