PURPOSE: A remote and unmanned automatic control system for the sludge or sewage treatment using the Internet is provided to enable the water treatment process to be easily controlled by automatically configuring a control sequence as receiving a user authority. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a sludge or sewage treatment result data collector being installed each sludge or sewage treatment field and collecting the result data of sludge or sewage treatment, a communication module transmitting the collected data to a managing server, a comparing and analyzing part comparing the transmitted data with a preset data, a managing part controlling the sludge or sewage treatment in case of escaping a specific range and a controller controlling a sequence of the sludge or sewage treatment according to the control command of manager part.
