PURPOSE: A system and method for providing on-line advertisements at a toilet are provided to increase the advertising impact by offering an on-line advertisement through a stool installed at a toilet. CONSTITUTION: A central management server(100) is connected with a local server(200) through the Internet(1). The local server(200) is connected with a plurality of advertising terminals(3001-300n). The central management server(100) sends voice advertisement information to the local server(200) periodically, based on the characteristics of an enterprise in which the local server is installed. Each of the advertising terminals(3001-300n), connected with the local server(200) and installed at each toilet stool, stores the voice advertisement information transmitted from the local server(200) so that a toilet user can listen to it.
