PURPOSE: A mold for forming insert of a cord having an insert injection-molded hook and of a compressible insert member is provided to prevent molding resin or rubber from being pushed out to a place where compressible material is located when the compressible material is extended to the outside of a molding cavity space of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A mold for forming insert of a cord having an insert injection-molded hook and of a compressible insert member includes first and second dies(102,104) which are opened and closed in opposition to each other, a compression device(106) for compressing at least a portion of compressible insert member, which extends to the outside of the cavity space, adjacent to the cavity. The first and second dies form a cavity for forming polymer material when the first and second dies are closed.
