PURPOSE: A method and system for constructing on-line network of off-line fashion commodity market are provided to implement an existing off-line market into on-line by a B2B(Business to Business) strategic. CONSTITUTION: Fashion commodity information is collected through a relation with an existing off-line fashion commodity market in order to secure a stable supply network for fashion goods, and a fashion commodity database based on the collected fashion commodity information is created(S100). An on-line shopping mall based on the created fashion commodity database is constructed(S110). In order to build up such an environment that commodities being traded in an existing off-line market can be traded through electronic commerce, a relation between electronic commerce participating enterprises is established, and an electronic commerce network and a communication network are constructed(S120). Fashion commodity orders and transactions using the constructed networks are carried out online(S130).
