PURPOSE: A web server system, a streaming server system, and a method for providing files thereof are provided so that an authenticated user only can download a file, in the case of downloading the file from a streaming server interworked with a web server. CONSTITUTION: A streaming server system is provided with a streaming server(21), a streaming security agent(22), and a streaming file database(25). The streaming server(21) receives an encrypted file name from a user terminal, obtains a streaming file having the received file name from the streaming file database(25), and streams it to the user terminal. The streaming security agent(22) includes an encryption key creation module to create an encryption key periodically. The streaming security agent(22) periodically encrypts and stores a streaming file name stored in the streaming file database(25), based on the encryption key periodically created by the encryption key creation module. Also the streaming security agent(22) transmits an encryption key file, in which the encryption key created by the encryption key creation module is recorded, to the web server system. The streaming file database(25) stores streaming files to transmit to user terminals.
