BOTTOM PLASTERING MORTAR USING GRANITE POWDER AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a bottom plastering mortar which has high strength and homogeneous characteristics, and prevents cracking of construction by mixing granite powder with cement. CONSTITUTION: The bottom plastering mortar is prepared by mixing 40-90pts.wt. (based on the cement) of water with raw materials comprising 15-50pts.wt. of cement as a binder, 50-85pts.wt. of granite powder with expansion property for the prevention of cracking, and adding 5-10pts.wt.(based on the cement) of admixture. The used granite powder comprises the size of 2-6mm, 0.6-2mm, and less than 0.6mm, and the quantity is 22-26%(or 30-34%), 37.5-42.5%(or 13.5-18.5%) and 15.5-16.5%(or 31.5- 32.5%), respectively.
