PURPOSE: Provided are a process for producing putty type coating waterproof material for waterproofing the surfaces of concrete and a construction method using the coating waterproof material. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing the putty type coating waterproof material comprises the steps of: mixing and stirring a mixture of natural rubber or synthetic rubber with a vulcanizing aid and a tackifier to obtain non-vulcanized rubber material; finely cutting the non-vulcanized rubber material and mixing with a solvent to obtain liquid state rubber coating waterproof material; mixing and stirring the rubber coating waterproof material with a reinforcement and a filler and mixing with a vulcanizing agent and stirring. And the construction method comprises the steps of: extruding and spreading the putty type coating waterproof material on the surface of concrete by using an extruder with a T-die discharge hole; half drying the spread waterproof material and treading the surface of the waterproof material; spreading a wet mortar on the completely dried waterproof material.
