PREPARATION METHOD OF ORGANIC FERTILIZER USING SLUDGE OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

PURPOSE: A method for preparing an organic fertilizer using the sludge of a sewage treatment plant is provided, to recycle the pollutant sewage sludge and to obtain a useful fertilizer therefrom. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing 55-60 % of the sewage sludge whose moisture content is 70% with the animal waste, the fish waste, the domestic animals waste and the faces; adding lime, molasses, the power plant ash and face powder to the mixture; piling the mixture in yard until the moisture content becomes 40-50%; fermenting the mixture with supplying air and a fermenting agent in a storage container of a temperature of 40-50 deg.C for 6-7 days; drying it to make the moisture content be 30%; pulverizing the dried one; extruding the pulverized one; and packing the extruded one.
