PURPOSE: A detector for measuring a broken position of a waterproof film is provided to improve endurance by being formed by conductive black lead and to reduce a producing cost. CONSTITUTION: A detector for measuring broken position of a waterproof film in reclaimed land comprises a broken position detector(1) composed by conductive black lead; a black lead sensing unit having strong endurance by being mounted on the broken position detector; a sensing wire(4) fixed on the black lead sensing unit to transfer a measured signal into a divided plate(10) through a connector(8); a coat wire(3) protecting the sensing wire to prevent damage in the reclaimed land; plural power electrodes(7,7') mounted on upper and lower portions of a waterproof film(6); a power supplying deice(9) engaged with the connecter; and a computer(11) receiving the measured signal of the detector through a circuit.
