<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing the total management of documents based on a document analysis that occurs in a company business process and analysis results. SOLUTION: This document management system connected to the terminal of a customer through a network is provided with a receiving means for receiving the order information of a document from the customer, an attribute data preparing means for preparing attribute data about the function of the ordered document and a use situation, a database for storing the attribute data, and a document managing means for examining the unification and reorganization and/or digitization of documents on the basis of the attribute data stored in the database and transmitting examination results to the customer.</p> |
