PURPOSE: Provided is a method for spraying liquids by using a spraying device which comprises a hollow cylinder and a drive for rotating it, thereby spraying a desired amount of liquids easily. CONSTITUTION: The device for spraying liquids contains a rotatable hollow cylinder(21) for accommodation of liquid to be sprayed and a drive for rotating the cylinder. The cylinder cover has a number of round hole nozzles. The cylinder is closed at its lower end and has an aperture(25) for input of liquid to be sprayed at its upper end. Optionally, the cylinder can have an inlet tube for the liquid, which is rotatable with the cylinder. The longitudinal axis of the tube coincides with the rotary axis of the cylinder. The end of the tube is close to the tube base.
