PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the utilization of equipment helpful for the environment preservation when controlling the equipment used in an organization such as office supplies by utilizing an equipment control system for concentrically administrating the equipment within the predetermined control range, supplying the equipment to each structural member of the organization, registering the supplied equipment at least per section, to which the structural member received the supplied equipment belongs, for addition. SOLUTION: In this equipment control system 1, the information containing price, products name and products number of each equipment X is stored, and degree of a measure the environment of each equipment X is evaluated on the basis of plural evaluation references previously set in relation to the environment preservation, and a decision whether the equipment X is recognized as an environment preservation product Xa or not is performed on the basis of the degree of the measure the environment in the organization. |
