PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an optimum travel guide plan according to travel request conditions by having merely to instruct conditions from a terminal in a home without requiring the visit of a user to a travel agency, and immediately provide the plan to the user. SOLUTION: When receiving a travel plane preparation request from a user terminal 2, a travel control server 1 transmits a travel request condition set screen for requesting the travel request conditions to the terminal. When receiving the travel request conditions transmitted from the user terminal 2, the travel control server 1 retrieves facilities/well-known places/event information database and a traffic organization information database based on the travel request conditions, acquires travel place information and traffic information in matching with the specified requirements and, based on the acquired travel place information and traffic information, prepares a travel plan which is specific to the user and sends the plan to the user terminal 2. |
