PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investment trust contract management system capable of managing a contract with the investment trust of 401k plans in a unified manner. SOLUTION: The system includes: a reception means 20 for receiving a contract file of an investment trust; an operation management institution identifying means 22 for identifying, based on the name of the contract file, an operation management institution which originated the contract file; a first format conversion means 28 for converting the format of the contract file to a format that can be processed by a financial institution that provides merchandise; an account file storage means 32 for storing the contract file whose format has been changed as an account file; a second format conversion means 40 for converting the contents of the account file to a format which can be processed by the operation management institution to which a report is provided, when a transaction report file is originated based on the account file; and a transmission means 20 for transmitting the transaction report file to the operation management institution. |
