PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper valve and a hydraulic power steering device using this capable of effectively exercising a damper effect even when oil pressure of a hydraulic actuator microscopically vibrates at high speed following vibration of a steering wheel. SOLUTION: A movable valve 22 separated from a valve seat 23c by hydraulic oil flowing from a hydraulic cylinder 6 toward a hydraulic pump side is provided in an interior of a easing 21. When oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 6 microscopically vibrates at high speed, the hydraulic oil is returned from a hydraulic cylinder 6 side to the hydraulic pump side through a second port 21e, a communication passage 23d, a microscopic gap S1 between the movable valve 22 and the valve seat 23c, and a first port 21d. During this, the communication passage 23d smoothly circulates the hydraulic oil from the second port 21e to an interior of the movable valve 22 to effectively damp the high speed hydraulic vibration inside the hydraulic cylinder 6. |
