PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measurement apparatus which has a wide measurement range, can simply cope with wide fluid conditions, can be manufactured at a low cost, and has high measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: The flow measurement apparatus comprises a detecting circuit 5 including a differential amplifier circuit that eliminates in-phase noise components due to external noise generated between a pair of electromotive force measurement electrodes 4a, 4b, and detects and amplifies induced electromotive forces caused by variation of a magnetic field. In addition, reference electrodes 7a, 7b having the same shape are electrically connected to the detecting circuit 5 on the upstream side and the down stream side at a predetermined distance from a pair of the electromotive force measurement electrodes 4a, 4b to detect electric potential at the respective positions. The potential detected by the reference electrodes 7a, 7b is inputted to the detecting circuit 5 via a voltage follower.
