PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gutter supporting tool with which a rotary lock lever can be operated either from above or underneath. SOLUTION: A fixing rod 1 to be fixed to walls and a gutter supporting tool body 2 are slidably connected by a through shaft 4 which goes through them vertically. The gutter supporting tool body 2 is fixed to the rod 1 by welding with pressure by operating the rotary lock lever provided at one end of the through shaft 4. At the same time, in the gutter supporting tool which controls slide of the gutter supporting tool body 2, interlocking rotary lock levers 56 are formed respectively at the both ends of the through shaft 4.
