PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal copolymer excellent in adhesiveness and fusing property with metal or other resin. SOLUTION: This polyacetal copolymer is obtained by copolymerizing (A) 100 pts.wt. trioxane, (B) 0.005-5 pts.wt. at least one or two kinds of compounds chosen from compounds (b-1) having a carboxy group and an alcoholic hydroxy group in a molecule and lactones (b-2), and (C) 0-20 pts.wt. cyclic ether compound copolymerizable with trioxane.
