FUEL CAP AND REFUELING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cap having a simple configuration and a refueling device for a fuel tank in which they show a superior operability at the time of opening or closing of the fuel cap 10 and keep a high sealing characteristic even in a shocked case. SOLUTION: A fuel cap 10 opens or closes a pouring port FNb of a filler neck FN. The fuel cap 10 is comprised of a casing 12 and an operating part 43 for rotationally operating the casing 12. A clutch means is arranged between the casing 12 and an operating part 43. The clutch means is comprised of a clutch 45 taking an engaged state in which the casing 12 is integrally rotated when the operating part 43 is rotated or a disengaged state in which the casing 12 is not integrally rotated even if the operating part 43 is rotated, and a spring 100 for biasing the clutch 45 in such a direction as one in which it becomes a disengaged state.
