摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic fertilizer which may be produced at a low cost by making it possible to manufacture the organic fertilizer in a short period of time and making it possible to ferment the fertilizer at ordinary temperature and may be produced in a short period of time as a novel environmental problem solution concept of 'food recycling' proposed by an inventor by the eventual expansion of the amount of consumption and smooth progression of the treatment of food wastes and a method of manufacturing for the same. SOLUTION: The rice bran, which is formed by putting about 500 litter rice bran obtained by a rice milling machine into a commercially marketed agitating machine and agitating the rice bran while spraying water thereto, is used as a medium. About 50 kg fish and shellfish wastes, 30 kg strained lees of soybean and 20 kg rice bran are incorporated and mixed into and with this medium. This medium is inoculated with at least one kind of the inocula selected from the group consisting of various kinds of actinomycetes, various kinds of Bacillus subtilis, aerobic soil fungi and anaerobic soil fungi. When the medium is agitated for about six hours, the medium ferments and the useful organic fertilizer of a dry powdery form which is less odorous after the end of the fermentation is obtained.</p>
