PURPOSE: To provide a toner replenishing container capable of attaining (1) the reduction of a running cost, (2) space saving, (3) low power consumption, (4) high image quality, (5) high speed and (6) good operability by improving the space efficiency of consumables. CONSTITUTION: A cover member which is made movable at least to a 1st position and a 2nd position is arranged on the toner discharging part of the toner replenishing container, the 1st position is a position that the toner discharging part is covered by the member, and the 2nd position is a position that the toner discharging part is open. Besides, a rail part for guiding the cover member from the 1st position to the 2nd position is arranged in the toner replenishing container, and the engagement part of the cover member is engaged with the rail part. And the rail part is provided with at least a 1st rail shape which is nearly parallel to a direction of inserting the toner replenishing container into the device body and a 2nd rail shape for retreating from a process cartridge being a developing means. |
