PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor which is less affected by impacting noises with heavy materials even if thickness of a concrete slab is different, of which stiffness is improved, and which is simply fabricated. SOLUTION: A floor base plane for the double floor A is composed of plural supporting legs 7, lengthwise connecting materials 6 bridged on the supporting legs, convex lengthwise connecting materials 12 which are made of convex plywood 4 bonded on the lengthwise connecting materials 6 and are laid in parallel in an instructed pitch, and crosswise connecting materials 1 which are made of panel bodies 3 bonded on their backside respectively with mineral plates 3 and are bridged between the convex lengthwise connecting materials 12. A sheet of underlying plywood 16 is bonded on the floor base plane and a finishing floor materials is placed on the underlying plywood 16.
