PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a swing lock device to be compactly formed by miniaturizing it and enable an improvement in habitability, workability, etc., within a cab by saving space. SOLUTION: The lock device 31 for swing lock is installed on the floor plate 5A of the cab 5 so as to be located on the lower side of the front part of a right console 24. This lock device 31 is composed of a lever guide 32 and a lock lever 34, and the lever guide 32 is formed as a cylindrical body extending in a vertical direction by bending a thin metal plate, etc., in such a manner as to have a C-shaped cross section. A mounting flange is integrally mounted on the lower end side of the lever guide 32, which is installed in a standing manner on the floor plate 5A by means of the mounting flange. Consequently, the lever guide 32 of the lock device 31 can be compactly disposed on the floor plate 5A, and the mounting space of the whole of the lock device 31 can be reliably made smaller.
