<p>Mixer-beater for preparing beverages, from a mixture of soluble powders or an infusion with water, in an automatic dispensing machine, comprises a fixed body which is substantially cylindrical with a frusto-conical bottom closure in which is a central discharge port, and an impeller having a number of radial vertical-disposed vanes, of substantially flat form and of trapezoidal outline fixed to a hub by the longer parallel side of the trapezium, so that in revolving in a vortex about the impeller, the lower edge of each vane describes a convex frusto-conical surface, mating with the concave frusto-conical surface of the bottom closure of the body.</p> |
