PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of users by allowing back inching of an unmanned automatically operated train. SOLUTION: When a train 10 is stopping at a fix where a pick up coil 16 and a wayside coil P0 face each other, the pick up coil 16 starts data reception from the wayside coil P0, and when the data reception stops, the train 10 is instructed to back up. During backing up of the train 10 in accordance with the instruction, if the pick up coil 16 receives data from a wayside coil P3, the train 10 is instructed to immediately stop. After the train 10 immediately stops in accordance with the instruction to immediately stop, the train 10 is instructed to move forward again so as to stop at the fix.
