PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack excellent in a vibration control property and a vibration control joint used for it. SOLUTION: The vibration control rack provided with a pair of upper and lower earthquake damping joints 30 between upper and lower pillar members is constituted to gradually lower strength toward an end part of the joint from a fastening part of the pillar member and to connect the upper and lower joints to each other in the neighbourhood of the end parts of the joints.
