PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation intensity distribution measuring device which measures precise values without being necessary to correct the output from each photodetector for it. SOLUTION: The radiation intensity distribution measuring device of this invention has a rotating stage 2 for rotating a semiconductor laser 4 around the center at the radiation point P or its neighborhood, at least one of photodetector 9 which detects a radiation from the semiconductor laser 4, a rotating stage 7 and an arm 8 for rotating the photodetector 9 around the center at the radiation point P of the laser 4 or its neighborhood. The intensity distribution of the radiation is measured by using the output from each arc position.
