WASTE WATER HEAT COLLECTOR AND COLLECTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a waste water heat collector which uses electric or chemical cohesion to form contaminated materials within waste water as flock and magnetize flock for separation and elimination so that it effectively collects heat through a heat pump. CONSTITUTION: The waste water heat collector comprises the parts of: a supply facility(2) which supplies a pH adjusting agent(12), a chemical cohesion agent(13) and a magnetic particle(14); a pH adjusting facility(1) which adjusts the amount of the supplied pH adjusting agent to adjust pH of waste water; an adhesion part(3) which forms a flock by electric or chemical cohesion for contaminated material; a flock magnetization part(4) which mixes the magnetic powder and an adhesion water(15) to form a magnetic flock; a magnetic flock separation part(6) which collects the magnetic flock(20) from a mixed slurry to separate the magnetic flock and treatment water(21); and the heat pump(7) which recovers heat from treatment water.
